I like it too, but it presented my brain with an interesting, if momentary, jolt:
I was reading text, so initially, my eyes scanned this pic from left to right. My brain hit a little 'bump' when it ran into that short row of arrows pointing in the opposite direction, from right to left.
I could practically feel the tiny "brain fumble" before my synapses righted themselves!
